🍲 Casserole / Ragu: 2–2.5 hours on low heat with wine, carrots & herbs.
🍖 Oven: 170°C for 2 hours, with vegetable broth and olive oil.
🥩 Sous Vide: 65°C for 6 hours for ultimate tenderness.
