It comes from Greek buffaloes from Serres , raised with natural nutrition in the lakes of the area (Kerkini), in a rich and pure environment, far from industrial farming.

Serres Beef is a lean and nutritious meat, known for its excellent quality and its flavor reminiscent of beef, but with a more "wild" and intense note.
It is cut from the inside of the buffalo's thigh — a low-fat and particularly tender cut.
Ideal for stews, casseroles, skewers, wine dishes or even for gourmet burgers.

🔥 Cooking Instructions
🍲 Ragout / Wine Stew: Cook for 2–2.5 hours over low heat with wine, tomato, bay leaf & allspice.
🥩 Oven: 170°C for 2 hours covered with parchment paper.
🍳 Frying pan / Plate: In thin slices, grill for 3–4 minutes per side with a little olive oil and rosemary.

💡 Chef's tip:
Marinate with wine, garlic, rosemary and olive oil for 24 hours before baking — this way it softens and acquires a unique aroma.
