The purebred Spanish IBERICO pork occupies a place among the best pork worldwide in terms of taste, high nutritional value and quality. It is a traditional breed of animal, raised in the Iberian Peninsula. It is considered one of the oldest black pig breeds.
Living in mountain meadows, with a diet consisting only of acorns, aromatic grass, herbs and trees in the Iberian Peninsula fully captures the rearing of free-range animals.
Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, with a high concentration of Omega 3 and Omega 6.
