🔥 Cooking Instructions
🍲 Casserole: Slow cook for 2.5–3 hours with wine, tomato, carrot & herbs.
🍖 Oven: 170°C for 2 hours covered, then uncover for 20′ for a more rosy surface.
🥩 Sous Vide: 68°C for 6 hours – for a perfectly soft and buttery texture.

💡 Chef's tip:
For perfect flavor, marinate the cap 12 hours in advance with olive oil, wine, garlic, thyme and bay leaf.
