🍳 Cook:
Cut the liver into small pieces, sauté with onion & dill, deglaze with wine and add broth and egg-lemon sauce.

🍖 Pancake / Saganaki:
Roast in a pan for 10–12 minutes with olive oil, garlic, oregano & pepper.

💡 Chef's tip:
For a "cleaner" flavor, blanch the liver for 2 minutes before cooking.
