The Ercole family started creating authentic Italian products in Asti, Piedmonte in Northwest Italy in 1939. Today Sacla, still based in Asti and owned by the Ercole family, is a pioneer in sauces and in particular Pesto. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 2 weeks.

Ingredients: Sunflower seed oil, basil 36%, cashews, Grana Padano cheese (milk, eggs), salt, glucose, Pecorino Romano cheese (sheep's milk), potatoes, aromatic kernels, pine, acidity regulator: lactic acid, natural aromatic garlic, excellent virgin olive oil, spices.
