Materials :
1 kg beef, cut into cubes
Salt Pepper
100ml olive oil
3 dry onions
4 carrots
Red wine (200ml)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp tomato paste
10 allspice grains
Step by step:
First, heat the oil and sauté the beef for 3-4 minutes
Add the onions, carrots and allspice and sauté for about 5 more minutes
Then we pour the wine, which we leave to evaporate
At the same time, mix the paste and honey with warm water in a bowl
Pour the mixture into the pot, lower the heat and simmer for about 60 minutes minutes
Leave the meat until it softens and the sauce thickens
