A fairly easy and quick recipe with lamb ribs and garlic sauce for all those who love the taste of lamb. Try it and you won't regret it!
Materials
1 kg lamb chops
50ml olive oil
30ml white wine
Salt
Pepper
Ingredients for the sauce
Salt
Lemon zest
150ml olive oil
3 tbsp water
2 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Myronia
Kavkalithres
Step by step
- In a deep bowl, marinate the ribs with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Then we preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place the ribs, first on a griddle turning them until they get the desired color, and then on a baking tray, where we leave them for 20 minutes
For the sauce
- Put all the herbs (a little of each), garlic and water in a blender and beat
- Then add the olive oil little by little
- Finally, add salt, pepper and lemon zest
You are ready to serve the ribs topped with the sauce!
