Make the best lamb chops!

A fairly easy and quick recipe with lamb ribs and garlic sauce for all those who love the taste of lamb. Try it and you won't regret it!

Materials

 

1 kg lamb chops 

50ml olive oil 

30ml white wine 

Salt 

Pepper 

 

Ingredients for the sauce

 

Salt 

Lemon zest 

150ml olive oil 

3 tbsp water 

2 cloves of garlic 

Parsley 

Myronia 

Kavkalithres 

 

Step by step

 

  1. In a deep bowl, marinate the ribs with olive oil, salt and pepper
  2. Then we preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and place the ribs, first on a griddle turning them until they get the desired color, and then on a baking tray, where we leave them for 20 minutes 

 

For the sauce

 

  1. Put all the herbs (a little of each), garlic and water in a blender and beat
  2. Then add the olive oil little by little 
  3. Finally, add salt, pepper and lemon zest 

You are ready to serve the ribs topped with the sauce!
