If you want your meat to be delicious and juicy, all you have to do is fry it in the pan first. However, the frying must be done correctly!

Let's look at three tips to properly sear your meat:

The pan should not be on a very high heat , because, in this way, the meat will burn and will not be fried.

If the amount of meat you want to fry is large, don't put it all together and overload the pan. Sear it gradually, as the pieces should be spaced apart to sear properly.

Do not constantly turn the meat in the pan . Leave each surface for as long as it takes for a crust to form. You can check it and once the desired crust has formed, change the surface and repeat the process.
