The most classic Greek food is none other than the lemon goat with potatoes in the oven.
 Materials
1½ tbsp minced goat in portions
 10 large potatoes
 3/4 fl. olive oil
 2 juicy lemons
 1 tbsp oregano
 1 tbsp thyme
 2 tbsp full of mustard
 1 glass of water
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper
 For the lemony goat

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon, oregano, thyme, mustard, salt and pepper.
Beat them with a wire until they become like a cream. Clean, wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
Pour them into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour the potatoes into a deep pan. Place the goat on top.
Add salt and pepper and cover the potatoes with the mixture. Finally, pour the water into the pan.

Cover with greaseproof paper and aluminum foil, closing the pan all around. We can also use a hull.
Bake for 1 hour at 200°C. Uncover the pan, lower to 180°C and continue baking for about 1 hour, until the meat is cooked and the potatoes are tender.
