Chicken and yogurt sauce wraps are exactly that.

Ingredients (for 4 wraps)
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 4 tortillas (preferably whole wheat)
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lettuce
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- A little oregano or paprika
For the yogurt sauce:
- 1 pot strained yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Juice from half a lemon
- A little garlic (optional)
- Salt & pepper
Step-by-step instructions
1. Prepare the chicken
- Cut the fillet into strips.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and your spices.
- Cook in a pan or on the grill for 6–8 minutes until nicely browned and cooked through.
👉 Tip: Don't overcook it - that way it will stay juicy.
2. Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth, cool sauce.
👉 Tip: Put the sauce in the fridge for 10 minutes - it becomes even more delicious.
3. Prepare the vegetables
Cut:
- the tomato into slices
- the cucumber into thin rounds
- the lettuce into small pieces
4. Assemble the wraps
Spread a little sauce on the tortilla and add:
- chicken
- vegetables
- a little extra sauce on top
