Refund policy

Our goal is to offer you the freshest and highest-quality meats every day. However, we understand that in rare cases, an error or issue may occur. Below is a detailed description of our policy regarding product returns and exchanges.

1. Returns for Perishable Products

Due to the nature of our products (fresh meats, preparations, and perishable foods), the right of withdrawal and return without justification is not supported. For hygiene and food safety reasons, products that have been delivered in proper condition cannot be returned.

2. When Returns Are Accepted

We take full responsibility and accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Error in order execution: If you received a different product or quantity than what you ordered and were charged for.
  • Spoiled or defective product: If upon delivery you notice a quality issue, such as spoilage or damage to the packaging that affects the contents.

3. Return / Replacement Process

If you encounter any of the above issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us immediately: Inform us as soon as possible, and no later than within 24 hours from the time you received your order.
  2. Keep the product refrigerated: Until the issue is resolved, please store the product under proper conditions (in the refrigerator), in its original packaging.
  3. Keep the receipt: Presentation of the retail receipt or invoice is required for any transaction.

4. Compensation Methods

Once the issue is confirmed (either at delivery or after communication), you may choose one of the following compensation options:

  • Immediate Replacement: We will resend the correct/fresh product as soon as possible, with no additional shipping cost to you.
  • Refund: If you do not wish a replacement, we will proceed with a full refund of the value of the problematic item, using the same payment method as your original transaction.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so immediately. If the order has not yet been invoiced and dispatched, cancellation is free of charge. If the order is already in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
