An amazing recipe for pork leg with honey, mustard, orange and honeyed potatoes that will make everyone crazy.

Materials
For the pork leg
1 whole pork leg with skin about 3 kg
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp balsamic
3 tbsp mustard
2 oranges juice and orange cups
1 rosemary
2 strands. rosemary
Salt
Pepper
For the potatoes
1½ kg small potatoes
2 pcs. 1½
2 oranges (the juice)
1 lemon (juice)
1/2 fl. olive oil
2 tbsp mustard
Salt
Pepper
For the pork leg
Take the leg out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
We put it in a pan and with a sharp knife, score the surface of the fat in rhombuses on the outside.
Pour over the orange and lemon.
Add salt and pepper and coat the leg.
Add the rosemary and orange slices to the pan.
Cover the pork leg with parchment paper and aluminum foil. We put it in the oven.
Bake in a well preheated oven at 200ºC, on the resistances, on the bottom rack, for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
After the one and a half hour of cooking has passed, uncover the leg and add the potatoes, the garlic with the skin and all the liquids that are left in the bowl.
Mix the honey with the balsamic vinegar and the mustard.
Brush the leg with a brush, lower the oven to 170ºC and continue baking for 1 hour and 30 minutes until the skin is dry and the potatoes are soft.
For the potatoes
Clean the baby potatoes and wash them.
Put the whole cleaned potatoes in a bowl.
Add all the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix the potatoes very well with the rest of the ingredients.
Secrets
Preheating the oven on the resistances takes a long time.
When the oven reaches the desired temperature and we put the pan in, from that moment we measure the baking time.
