🔥 Cooking Method
Baking in the oven (ideal)
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2️⃣ Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a little olive oil.
3️⃣ Bake for 20–30 minutes (depending on size), turning once halfway through.
4️⃣ Optional: 2 minutes of grilling at the end for better browning.
5️⃣ Let stand for 3–5 minutes before serving.
✅ Make sure the chicken is fully cooked in the center.
Frying pan (alternative)
• Over low–medium heat with a lid, 12–18 minutes , turning frequently.
💡 Chef's Tip
• For extra juiciness, add ½ glass of water or white wine to the pan and let the rolls "work" in the steam.
• Serve with a little mustard or a cool yogurt sauce.
