🔥 Cooking Method

Grill / BBQ (ideal)

1️⃣ Preheat over high heat .
2️⃣ Cook for 2–3 minutes per side (4–7 minutes total depending on thickness) for a juicy result.
3️⃣ Turn 1–2 times, without "suffocating" it while baking.

Cast iron frying pan / Grill pan

1️⃣ Heat the pan very well.
2️⃣ Cook for 4–6 minutes total , turning frequently.

✅ For a safer “well done”, increase the time a little (depending on thickness/pieces).
💡 Don't overcook it: the fillet is tender but can dry out if left too long.


💡 Chef's Tip

• Season with salt and pepper at the end or lightly before baking, to help it retain its juices.
• Let it rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
• For a more Greek twist: a few drops of olive oil + lemon + oregano after baking.
