Σε μαρινάδα (λάδι, βαλσαμικο, δεντρολίβανο, πιπέρι, σκόρδο) για 1 ώρα και μετά ψήσιμο στη γκριλιέρα κι έγινε τέλεια! Πολύ καλό κομμάτι κρέατος!
