🔥 Baking Instructions
❗ The product is not ready to eat — it requires full cooking before serving.
Grill / BBQ / Cast Iron
1️⃣ Remove the T-Bone from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for 20–30 minutes .
2️⃣ Dry the surface thoroughly and brush with a little olive oil or neutral oil.
3️⃣ Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
4️⃣ Preheat the grill or pan over very high heat .
5️⃣ Bake:
• First on the striploin side ,
• Then turn and cook on the fillet side.
• A total of about 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (depending on thickness).
6️⃣ You can place the steak over a gentler indirect heat for a few minutes to allow the temperature to "pass" better around the bone.
7️⃣ Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting it, so the juices stay inside.
💡 Chef's Tip:
Cut the meat from both sides of the bone, into slices, and serve it again around the bone like a steakhouse platter in the middle of the table, with salt flakes & a little freshly ground pepper on top.
