Cooking method:
We put all our ingredients in a pan and bake by pouring the orange juice in a preheated oven at 150 to 180 degrees for about 3 hours. The first 1:30 hour covered with aluminum foil. and the rest of the time we remove the aluminum foil and continue baking.
Ingredients : chicken meat 80%, stuffing 20% [rice, water, onion, chestnut, raisin (contains
sulphite compounds), white wine (contains sulphite compounds), sunflower oil, pine nuts, sugar,
salt, herbs, yeast extract, flavorings (contain soy, celery, spice extracts,
caramelised sugar), preservative: potassium sorbate, acidulant: citric acid, spices],
potatoes.
