Flank Steak comes from the belly of the calf, below the 'short loin'. This is a well-exercised part of the veal, which makes it less tender but particularly tasty due to its fatty structure.

Baking | Ideal choice for grilling and frying. However, care is needed due to its hard structure in order to soften during cooking.

Ingredients : beef 83%, liquid seasoning 17% [rapeseed oil, salt, onion, rapeseed oil (fully hydrogenated), salt, herbs, spices, spice extracts, dextrose, glucose syrup.
