🔥 Cooking Method
(Times depend on thickness/grams. Below is a safe guide for a classic burger.)
Grill / BBQ
1️⃣ Preheat over medium to high heat .
2️⃣ Bake 5–7 minutes per side (10–14 minutes total).
3️⃣ Turn 1–2 times and let it get a nice crust.
Pan
1️⃣ Over medium heat with a little olive oil.
2️⃣ 10–14 minutes , turning carefully.
3️⃣ Optional: cover for 1–2 minutes at the end for more even cooking.
Oven
1️⃣ Preheat to 200°C .
2️⃣ Bake for 18–25 minutes , turning once.
✅ Ready when fully cooked in the center (no pink spots) and the juices run clear.

• Don't press it with a spatula — it loses its juices.
• Let it sit for 2–3 minutes before cutting.
• For a burger, add a slice of cheese at the end to melt and take off.
