🔥 Cooking Method

Grill / BBQ (ideal)
1️⃣ Preheat over medium heat .
2️⃣ Bake 5–7 minutes per side (10–14 minutes total).
3️⃣ Turn 1–2 times for nice browning.
Pan
1️⃣ Over medium heat (usually you don't need much oil).
2️⃣ 10–14 minutes , turning carefully.
3️⃣ Optional: cover for 1–2 minutes at the end.
Oven
1️⃣ Preheat to 200°C .
2️⃣ Bake for 18–25 minutes , turning once.
✅ Ready when fully cooked in the center (no pink spots) and the juices run clear.
