Pan
1️⃣ Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add 1–2 tbsp water or a little olive oil to keep it juicy.
3️⃣ Heat for 5–10 minutes , turning halfway through.
Grill
• Heat for 5–8 minutes , turning frequently for an even result.
Oven
• Preheat oven to 180°C and heat for 8–10 minutes in a baking pan (optionally with a few drops of water/juice).
Air Fryer
• 180°C for 6–10 minutes , turning halfway through.
