🔥 Baking Instructions

❗ The product is not ready to eat — it requires baking.

Charcoal spit:

• Place the skewer on the spit by passing it through the tube
• Baking 2:15 – 2:45 hours
• Start at low–moderate intensity
• Increase the temperature at the end for a crispy crust
• Brush occasionally with lemon - oil - oregano for flavor

💡 Chef's tip:
For excellent results, leave the kontosouvli out of the refrigerator for 20 minutes before baking so that it comes to room temperature.
