Spits – Charcoal

• Insert the spit into the hole in the tube.
• Start on low heat for 20–30 minutes
• Continue at moderate intensity for 2:00–2:45 hours
• In the last 10–15 minutes, increase the heat for perfect caramelization
• Optional: brush with oil-lemon-oregano
