🔥 Cooking Method
Pan (crispy skin)
1️⃣ Dry the skin thoroughly with kitchen paper.
2️⃣ Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat , without much oil.
3️⃣ Place the thigh skin side down for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
4️⃣ Turn and continue for 5–7 minutes .
5️⃣ Let it "stand" for 3 minutes before cutting.
Oven
1️⃣ Preheat to 200°C .
2️⃣ Bake for 25–35 minutes (depending on thickness), skin side up.
3️⃣ Optional: 2–3 minutes of grilling at the end for extra crust.
Grill / BBQ
• Over medium heat, 6–8 minutes per side , until fully cooked.
✅ Ready when the juices run clear and the center is fully cooked.
