Ό,τι καλύτερο για ζωμό

Αν και ήταν δύσκολο να διαχειριστώ 10kg ράχες (που ήταν η minimum παραγγελία, θα ήταν πρακτικότερο να υπάρχει και δυνατότητα για 5kg), δεν υπάρχει κάτι καλύτερο για ζωμό. Μπράβο στο Σιάκο που μας δίνει αυτη τη δυνατότητα, τα υπόλοιπα κρεοπωλεία όταν ακούν "ράχες" ή "πλατάρια" στραβομουτσουνιάζουν.
