🔥 Cooking Instructions

  • Grill / BBQ: 3–4 minutes per side (medium rare)

  • Frying pan: On high heat with a little olive oil or butter

  • Oven: 180°C for 20 minutes, bone side down

  • Sous vide: 56°C for 1 hour, then 1' in a hot pan

Once cooked, let the steak "rest" for 5 minutes.
This way, the juices return to the inside and the meat remains juicy and tender .
