In the pan (classic schnitzel)

2️⃣ Heat oil over medium-high heat.
3️⃣ Fry for approximately 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

In the oven

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C.
2️⃣ Place schnitzels on a baking tray with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Bake for approximately 15–18 minutes until crispy.
