Μοσχομυριστό ολόφρεσκο μοσχαρίσιο συκώτι

Ζήτησα να μου στείλει ολόκληρο κομμάτι, που το έκοψα σε χοντρές φέτες και το έψησα στη σχάρα σενιάν με μερικές σταγόνες ελαιόλαδο. Προσέθεσα αλατοπίπερο αφού το έβγαλα από τη φωτιά και το άφησα να ξεκουραστεί για πέντε λεπτά. Δεν προσέθεσα τίποτε άλλο, το συκώτι είχε εξαιρετική ποιότητα και ήταν ολόφρεσκο.
