Baking in the oven
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2️⃣ Place the product on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes at 180°C , until the pancetta is golden brown and the filling is fully cooked.
4️⃣ Let it stand for 2–3 minutes before cutting/serving.
✅ For food safety, target internal temperature ≥ 75°C in the center of the filling.

• For extra crispy pancetta, you can grill for 2–3 minutes at the end (optional).
