Puff pastry candy with brisket 1kg

Our own creation for brisket by combining carrot, olive paste, mustard and puff pastry referring our food to a classic English recipe such as wellington. A proposal that will drive your loved one crazy.

Ingredients : pork brisket 70%, puff pastry sheet 20% (contains wheat flour ), olive paste, mustard (contains mustard seed ), carrot, leek, salt, pepper

Cooking method: Place the pan with the puff pastry caramel and the brisket in a preheated oven at 150 to 160 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
