🔥 Cooking Method
❗ The product is not ready to eat — full cooking is required before serving.
Grill / BBQ (ideal)
1️⃣ Preheat grill to medium heat.
2️⃣ Bake for 10–14 minutes , turning frequently for even cooking.
3️⃣ Do not "pierce" it so that it does not lose its juices.
Pan
1️⃣ Over medium heat with 1 tbsp. olive oil.
2️⃣ Bake for 10–12 minutes , turning regularly.
3️⃣ Finally, lower the heat for 1–2 minutes to allow the truffle to set and release its aroma.
Oven
1️⃣ Preheat to 180°C .
2️⃣ Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Bake for 18–22 minutes , turning once.
✅ Ready when fully cooked in the center and the juices run clear.
💡 Chef's Tip
After baking, let it stand for 2–3 minutes and serve with:
• a little salt flake ,
• a little extra grated parmesan ,
• and (if you want to go all out) drops of truffle oil on the hot sausage.
