Grill / BBQ (ideal)
1️⃣ Preheat grill to medium heat .
2️⃣ Bake for 12–16 minutes , turning frequently.
3️⃣ Don't pierce it — it keeps the filling and juices inside.
Pan
1️⃣ Over medium heat with 1 tbsp. olive oil.
2️⃣ Bake 12–14 minutes , turning regularly.
3️⃣ Finally, lower the heat for 1–2 minutes so that the feta melts nicely without the casing "bursting".
Oven
1️⃣ Preheat to 180°C .
2️⃣ On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Bake for 20–25 minutes , turning once.
✅ It is ready when it is fully cooked in the center and the juices run clear.

For an extra "rustic" vibe:
• Serve with oregano , a little olive oil and lemon .
