🔥 Cooking Method

Grill / BBQ (ideal)

3️⃣ Do not pierce it to retain its juices.
Pan
1️⃣ Over medium heat with 1 tbsp. olive oil.
2️⃣ 12–14 minutes , turning regularly.
3️⃣ Finally, lower the heat for 1–2 minutes to “tie” and bring out the orange aroma.
Oven
1️⃣ Preheat to 180°C .
2️⃣ On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ 20–25 minutes , turning once.
✅ Ready when it is fully cooked in the center and the juices run clear.

To take off the orange:
• Serve with a little orange zest on top of the hot sausage.
• Make a quick “dip” with mustard + honey + a few drops of orange (if it suits your style).
