Winemaking - bottling: In the family winery in Ancient Nemea
Tasting: It is characterized by clean and concentrated still fresh aromas of red fruits on a background of vanilla and milk caramel. In the mouth it starts with sweetness which thanks to the acidity evolves into balance, while the tannins give it a solid structure.
Harmony: Goes well with rich red meats grilled or cooked.
Served: At 17 - 18 degrees.
Vinification - aging: Classic red vinification. It is aged in an oak barrel for one year and six months in the bottle. It can be aged for ten years.
