🔥 Cooking Method

2️⃣ Bake 6–8 minutes per side (12–16 minutes total).
3️⃣ Turn 1–2 times for even cooking.
Pan
1️⃣ Over medium heat with a little oil.
2️⃣ 12–16 minutes , turning carefully.
3️⃣ Optional: cover for 1–2 minutes at the end for more even cooking in the center.
Oven
1️⃣ Preheat to 200°C .
2️⃣ Bake for 18–25 minutes , turning once.
