🔥 Cooking Method

(Indicative times for stuffed burger. Depends on thickness/grams.)

Grill / BBQ

1️⃣ Preheat over medium heat .
2️⃣ Bake 6–8 minutes per side (12–16 minutes total).
3️⃣ Turn 1–2 times, without pressing.

Pan

1️⃣ Over medium heat with a little oil.
2️⃣ 12–16 minutes , turning carefully.
3️⃣ Optional: cover for 2–3 minutes at the end to cook properly in the center.

Oven

1️⃣ Preheat to 200°C .
2️⃣ Bake for 20–28 minutes , turning once.

✅ Ready when fully cooked in the center (no pink spots) and the juices run clear.

💡 Chef's Tip

• Let them “stand” for 3 minutes before cutting them — the cheese will stay creamy without all of it “running out”.
• For a burger, combine it with tomato, pickles, caramelized onion and a light yogurt sauce.
