A dish that combines the warmth of Greek cuisine with a renewed, modern way of preparation. The pork, selected from a delicious neck or shoulder , is cut into cubes and marinated with fresh orange juice , olive oil , mustard , garlic , rosemary and mild paprika .

Along with it, baby potatoes with their skin are added, which retain their crispness and nutrition, absorbing all the juices during cooking.

The orange provides natural sweetness, aroma, and light acidity , which balances perfectly with the rich fat of the pork – creating a dish that is both light and filling .

🔥 Cooking Method

 We open the Vacuum and empty the contents as they are with its juices. In a saucepan, boil for 10 minutes over high heat and then lower to half and boil for another 15 minutes with the lid closed until it thickens!

• After cooking:
  • Refrigerate up to 2 days
  • Ideal for reheating in a pot with a little water

Defrost only in the refrigerator for 12 hours before cooking
