🔥 Cooking Method (recommended – crispy skin)

Frying pan + oven (restaurant effect)

1️⃣ Wipe the skin well and lightly scratch it.
2️⃣ Place in a cold non-stick pan, skin side down, and turn on medium heat .
3️⃣ Bake for 10–15 minutes until fat melts and becomes crispy.
4️⃣ Turn for 1–2 minutes on the meat side.
5️⃣ Transfer to a 180°C oven for 25–35 minutes .

Oven (simple baking)

1️⃣ Preheat to 180°C .
2️⃣ Bake for 45–70 minutes (depending on size), skin side up.
3️⃣ For extra crust, finish 5–8 minutes on higher heat.

✅ Ready when fully cooked in the center and the meat is tender.


💡 Chef's Tip

• Keep the melted fat from the pan — it's "gold" for baked potatoes.
• Serve with orange sauce or a simple “dish” of the juices from the pan.
