🧊 Useful instructions for use
Defrosting
• Ideally in the refrigerator for 8–12 hours.
• Rinse gently and drain well.
Before use
• If necessary, leave it for 5–10 minutes in a cool place to make it more “pliable”.
• Cut into pieces depending on the wrapping you want.
🔥 Cooking (general instruction)
• Grill/spit/oven until the fat melts on the outside and the ingredients are fully cooked on the inside.
✅ Goal: well-cooked meat, without raw spots.
💡 Chef's Tip
• Don't overstretch the wrap — we want it to "hug" the meat, not tear.
• It goes perfectly with oregano, cumin, pepper and a little lemon when serving.
