Our chicken patties are small in size but big in flavor!
They are made with fresh minced chicken , sautéed with herbs, onion and a mild sauce, and wrapped in a round, buttery puff pastry that is baked crispy and fluffy.
The filling is light, aromatic and full of flavor, while the dough offers the classic feel of traditional pie with a modern aesthetic.

🔥 Baking Method
Frozen: Baked directly from the freezer

Preheat the oven to 180–200°C (depending on your oven)

Place the chicken patties on a non-stick baking sheet with space between them.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
If they are fresh (refrigerated), the time is reduced to 15–18 minutes.
👉 You can brush them with egg yolk for a shinier and crispier result
