It is also low in fat, which is particularly useful for people following a weight loss diet with increased amounts of lean protein. It is rich in zinc that increases the body's defenses, phosphorus and magnesium, which has a soothing and calming effect, reducing headaches and migraines. Finally, turkey meat is soft and easy to digest and is an excellent supplement to plant foods.
