🔥 Cooking Method (ideal ways for cheeks)

Casserole (slow)

1️⃣ Saute lightly to “close” (optional).
2️⃣ Add liquids (wine/broth/tomato) and aromatics.
3️⃣ Simmer with a lid on for 2.5–3.5 hours , until it “flakes” with a fork.

Oven / Casserole (top result)

1️⃣ Preheat to 150–160°C .
2️⃣ Covered in a casserole/pan with liquids.
3️⃣ Bake for 3–4 hours , until buttery.

Pressure cooker

60–75 minutes (depending on size) + natural relaxation.

• The cheeks “take off” with wine , bay leaf , thyme , garlic and caramelized onion .
