🔥 Cooking Method

Grill / BBQ (ideal)

1️⃣ Preheat over medium to high heat .
2️⃣ Cook for 5–7 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
3️⃣ Move to a milder zone 1–2 minutes if needed to cook properly in the center.

Cast iron pan

1️⃣ Heat the pan very well.
2️⃣ Cook for 4–6 minutes per side .
3️⃣ Let it sit for 3–5 minutes before cutting.

Oven (alternative)

190–200°C for 16–22 minutes , turning once.
