🔥 Cooking Method
Grill / BBQ (ideal)
1️⃣ Preheat over medium to high heat .
2️⃣ Cook for 5–7 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
3️⃣ Leave it for 1–2 minutes in a milder zone if needed for proper cooking in the center.
Frying pan (cast iron)
1️⃣ Heat the pan well.
2️⃣ Cook for 4–6 minutes per side .
3️⃣ Rest 3 minutes before cutting.
Oven
• 200°C for 18–25 minutes , turning once.
✅ Ready when it is fully cooked in the center and the juices run clear.
💡 Chef's Tip
• For an even more tender result, leave it out of the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before baking.
• Served perfectly with lemon and oregano or with a simple mustard .
