Οσομπουκο

Από το οσομπουκο δεν είμαι ευχαριστημένος. Δύο τεμάχια του κιλού συνεπώς τομές από μεγάλο ζώο μέτριο σε γεύση και κακό σε μαλακότητα. Την πρώτη φορά που είχα πάρει ήταν πολύ καλύτερο.
