Pot

1️⃣ Sauté the meat in olive oil until it turns brown.
2️⃣ Add onion, garlic and deglaze with wine.
3️⃣ Add tomato or lemon depending on the recipe.
4️⃣ Simmer for about 1.5 – 2 hours until tender.

Oven / Casserole

• Bake at 170-180°C for about 2 hours until tender.
