🔥 Cooking Method

Baking in the oven (with air)

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C with fan .
2️⃣ Place the product on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Bake for 40–45 minutes at 180°C , until the brisket is fully cooked and the cheeses are melted.
4️⃣ Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing it, so it stays juicy and the filling can "set".

✅ For food safety, target internal temperature ≥ 63°C for pork (with rest), or alternatively ≥ 70°C for a more “well done” result.


💡 Chef Tips

• For a nicer cut, use a sharp knife and cut after it has rested.
• If you want a more golden exterior, grill for 2–3 minutes at the end.
• Goes great with yogurt sauce or a light mustard-lemon dressing.
