Atlantis wines are vinified from the two main varieties of Santorini, the white Assyrtiko and the red Mantilaria, in such a way that they are literally the wine bridge between today and yesterday, between you and Atlantis.

Atlantis white is produced from 90% Assyrtiko, 5% Aidani, 5% Athiri.

Characteristics: It has a bright yellow color and subtle aromas with citrus notes. The relatively high acidity of Assyrtikos gives it freshness, while the very low yields per hectare of the vineyard give it body, structure and substance.

Vinification: Classic white vinification.

Aging possibilities: 2-3 years

Accompanying: Seafood and fish simply cooked.
