If it were from Rioja, where its variety comes from, we wouldn't call it rosé, but rosado. But he is from Drama, and comfortably competes with many of his cousins in the Iberian Peninsula. Highly recommended.
Vinification: This wine results from the combination of two rosé wine production methods. One batch is pressed directly into the press, as if it were white vinification, while a second is obtained by bleeding from the tank where the Tempranillo grapes are in the pre-fermentative extraction phase.
After joining the two batches, the wine remains in the tank along with its lees for 3 months.
Wine characteristics: This rosé wine is distinguished by refined aromas of strawberry and forest fruits on a rose background. In the mouth the alcohol is balanced by the acidity, giving it a sweetness, and a long aftertaste of ripe fruit and caramel.
Serving recommendations: Serve at 8-11 °C. It pairs wonderfully with pasta with red sauces, grilled fish and white meats.
